It’s been a busy number of weeks onsite at Perth Hub and we are proud to share that works have progressed at a steady rate since our last communication.
As shown in the imagery below, the following milestones have been achieved, paving the path for an exciting few months ahead:
Erection of second tower crane with installation completed by tower crane 2
Completion of the ground floor in-situ concrete raft slab
Vertical form work installation for car park walls and lift core underway
In-situ wall climber wall to ground floor dividing Tenancy 3 and loading dock areas underway
With an estimated completion date of mid to late 2024, Perth Hub promises to be one of the city’s most exciting new urban communities, boasting contemporary residential apartments complemented by ground floor retail and surrounded by the vibrancy of RAC Arena, Northbridge and more.
