Construction has continued to accelerate at a steady rate onsite and we’re pleased to share the latest construction updates.
As depicted in the imagery above and below, the following milestones have been achieved, paving the path for an exciting few months ahead:
Lift & Stair Core Jump form installed and progressing
Level 1 formwork 90% complete and due to pour late November/early December 22
Car park ramp and stormwater tanks installed and progressing to Level 2
Ground Level to Level 1 vertical elements 100% complete
With an estimated completion date of mid to late 2024, Perth Hub promises to be one of the city’s most exciting new urban communities, boasting contemporary residential apartments complemented by ground floor retail and surrounded by the vibrancy of RAC Arena, Northbridge and more.
