Construction of Perth Hub continues to accelerate at a steady pace, with the below key milestones taking place since our last communication.
Completion of level three in-situ concrete suspended slab with level 4 due to be complete in the next week
Lift and stair cores completed to level 8
Walls climbers have reached level 6 and have been removed for replacement after level 7
Form work progressed to level 5
Connections for the fire, water and gas mains are being made to the building
With an estimated completion date of mid to late 2024, Perth Hub promises to be Western Australia’s most exciting, inner-Perth city community designed to truly connect vibrant places, spaces and experiences for residents and visitors.
In other exciting news for the Perth City Link precinct and the Perth CBD, main construction works have commenced on Edith Cowan University’s newest campus – and the first comprehensive university to be situated within the Perth CBD – with a sod turning ceremony held at the $853 million ECU City site on Monday.
Due for completion in late 2025 and opening to students in the first semester of 2026, the 60,000 square-metre ECU City campus will feature a dynamic digital media façade, activated streetscapes and laneways and an immersive entrance that envelopes the Perth Busport.
